THE GALLEY OF LORNE

Wine List

Putting a wine list together sounds like an easy and straightforward task, but with so much choice available it can become a tough days work — honestly. At the Galley of Lorne Inn, in conjunction with our supplier Inverarity-Morton, we have tried to put a list together which has a little bit of something for everyone. There is a wide selection of grape varieties and styles of wine from many wine producing regions.

Our wines by the glass offer value and quality whilst we also stock a selection from the world’s greatest producers like Las Condes, Jérôme Quiot and Louis Roederer. So whether you are after an uncomplicated glass to enjoy with friends or a serious wine to complement our chef’s cooking, we will have something for you.

Wine is like going to an opera. You can enjoy it, even if you do not understand it.

The Galley of Lorne Inn prides itself on offering our clientele a wide range of beverages from children’s soft drink, bottled and draught beers, real ales, to a carefully chosen wine list, through to our 1958 Glen Grant Vintage whisky.

Please note that our wine list is subject to change and some bins may differ when you come to dine or stay.
