Cancellation due to Severe Weather - We appreciate from time to time severe weather conditions such as the heavy snowfalls experienced in 2010 may mean that it is difficult or unsafe to travel. As such our cancellation policies above will remain in place, however if you must cancel your reservation within the penalty period we will not charge the appropriate cancellation fee if you are willing to agree to fulfill the original reservation at a later date but within a reasonable amount of time (i.e. during the next month). If however, the rearranged reservation is subsequently cancelled, regardless of the amount of notice given, the original cancellation policy will come into effect and will be charged accordingly.
What if you have to cancel?
In the event you cancel your booking inside the cancellation period we will attempt to fill your room.
