Children's Tariff
Children's rates are based on sharing a room with two adults and
includes Bed & Breakfast. A child is classed as under the age of 15
years old.
A travel cot is available for children under the age of two FREE OF CHARGE.
Children under the age of 5 years stay FREE when sharing a room with two
adults.
Children occupying a room with one adult are charged at the adult price
and at the hotels' discretion.
Disabled Access
Total access for disabilities or impairment. To Doc M specifications.
Pets
Well behaved K9 friends are welcome (accompanied by their owners) and are charged at £7.50 per dog, per night. Please advise at the time of booking that you intend to bring a pet with you.
Christmas and New Year
The Hotel will be closed on Christmas Day but will re-open on 26th December 2010.
We are delighted to offer a three night Hogmany package for guests who want to escape and enjoy a real Highland Hogmanay which includes 3 nights Bed & Breakfast plus our famous Hogmanay Dinner & Dance. N.B. Between 1st November and 31st March we operate restricted
opening hours during the weekdays. Our normal check in time is 5:00pm
in the low season (November to March inclusive) and 4:00pm during the
mid and high season (April to October inclusive). However if you wish
to check in before then, give us call us on 01852 500284 prior to arrival
so that we can welcome you to the Galley at the time agreed.

Bookings cancellation policy
When you book we will ask you for a credit card / debit card number and expiry date to secure the booking. We will only use this card in the event of a late cancellation.
Policy for a booking of 1-2 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) two days before you are due to stay.
Policy for a booking of 3-5 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) 7 days before you are due to stay.
Policy for a booking of 6 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 21 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) 21 days before you are due to stay.
What if you have to cancel?
In the event you cancel your booking inside the cancellation period we will attempt to fill your room. If your room cannot be filled, the hotel will debit your card with the cost of your stay less any nights your room has been filled.
