JUNIOR SOUS / SECOND CHEF / SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE
Experienced chef required to work in a small but professional team under new head chef. Must be willing to demonstrate initiative, imagination and flair, and an ability to run the kitchen in the head chefs absence. Our belief is that all of our menu should be homemade using local ingredients where feasible. Our aim is to become one of the top eateries in Argyll so ambition is essential. Knowledge of preparing meat and seafood is mandatory. Salary per hour negotiable, dependant upon age and experience. Accommodation is available if required. EXPERIENCE and perfect command of the English language are absolute musts.
HEAD WAITRESS / FRONT OF HOUSE
We are looking for an experienced Front of House person who can command a busy environment providing a seamless link between the dining areas and kitchen. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills required. Candidates must be friendly and willing to work as part of a dynamic team, use initiative and be also capable of working either the bar or waiting in the restaurant. Flexibility is regarded as a distinct advantage and as such the perfect candidate would also be willing to fulfill various other activities as and when required. Salary per hour negotiable, dependant upon age and experience. Accommodation is available if required. EXPERIENCE is an absolute must.
START DATE: IMMEDIATE (vacancies posted 26/06/10)
END DATE: OCTOBER 2010 (however for the right candidate this may be extended long term if desired)
